It was bound to happen

Friday when I picked Pi up from daycare I discovered she had escaped from her pack and play during naps. Didn't think too much of it until yesterday when she got in and out of bed a few times on her own during the day...and today didn't nap AND ESCAPED from her crib...so we are cutting our losses and converted the crib to a bed so she has less distance to fall...notice who is is actually assembling the bed...
